The buidings blend in with the green residential area and its typical small scaled formation, which is characterized by light-colored facades and lush front gardens. Inspired by the villa-style architecture that characterizes Zurich's lake basin and mountain slopes, the architectural design conveys a sense of distinguished living across the entire floor with views in all directions.
The sloping roofs continue the style of the residential neighborhood's roofs, which are mainly arranged on the eaves side, with a cross-gabled facade forming on the southern side of the north house. The communal outdoor space is formed between the buildings, with side garden steps leading to the sloping gardens, relaxation and play areas. The arrangement of the cores at the south-eastern corners of the buildings creates a clear address. The two new buildings, which are connected underground by a parking garage, appear as a self-evident and attractive ensemble for the residential quarter.
