At the intersection of Rämistrasse and Gloriastrasse, the pavilion takes on a triangular shape with rounded corners. The architectural expression is defined by the appearance of the public facade's peak, housing the dining area, which extends outward with a prominent canopy over the outdoor space facing the traffic junction. The back of the pavilion aligns with the building line along the park and provides covered seating areas for pedestrians at the two building corners, creating a designated gathering point within the park setting. In this historically preserved area with urban university buildings, the hospital, and Gloria Park, the architecture seeks integration, drawing inspiration from tram waiting halls at Bellevue and Paradeplatz, which serve as iconic transportation hubs in Zurich. On closer examination, the contemporary detailing and material choices in the architecture become apparent.
